Gicle printing

Gicle printing is a term for photographic quality inkjet prints. The combination of lightfast ink and coated traditional fine art paper and canvas produce a print that will not fade or the paper will not yellow preserving the image for 125+ years. It is also possible to use this technology to print directly on textiles and through heat transfering an inkjet image onto a ceramic tile or mug.

Fine artists have traditionally been able to reproduce their work but these are costly and cause large stocks to be stored. Gicle enables artist to produce on demand and test images without comitting to a high print run.
